GK (from Bengaluru, KA) is one of the earliest adopters of the Ohm Assistant, since December 2020. He is able to keep a tab on the consumption in his home thanks to the real time feedback, and also he was able to study his appliance consumption data. One outstanding application was being able to trace & identify abnormal higher power consumption to the geyser, much higher than expected. He proceeded to service the appliance, and in the process removed calcium deposits. After the servicing, the geyser worked with significant improvement in efficiency and a corresponding decrease in electricity consumption observed.
