The Ohm Assistant has been very useful in enabling him to keep a tab of what is happening, with information at his fingertips. His monitoring & analysis was able to pinpoint devices that were consuming more electricity, which he was able to plan to move towards conservation via optimal use. He installed a second device, solely for monitoring his solar power generation, since he was interested in Net Metering, to derive the load from his solar panels versus the load from the grid.
